The Long Term Program provides you with an ongoing plan designed to improve your physique, strength, and overall fitness. Together the adaptive templates provide over 52 weeks of programming.
The number of workouts per week is customisable depending on what you want (choose from between 2-4 workouts/week). Workouts in the program are designed to be under 60 minutes.
