The program is 6 weeks long with 5 accumulation weeks and the sixth being an intentionally easier deload week for best results. The best part is that you can reuse the program again and again. Following the guidance given in the program, you can add weight and sets on each exercise and repeat the 6 week cycle over and over again!
There are different options for male/female programs, and you get to choose how many days per week you want it for (options range from 2-6 training days per week).
Each workout is designed to take about 30-45 minutes and only requires a single pair of dumbbells (however household objects can also be used). Workouts use myo-reps and supersets with short rest periods, making them short but high intensity.
