This program is geared towards helping you build functional fitness and an athletic physique. If you want the bulky bodybuilder look, this is not the program for you.
When you are functional, you have strength and skill for common body movements. Functional fitness focuses on strength, power, mobility, and body control. You will mix static movements with dynamic exercises to achieve a physique that is not only functional, but shredded AF.
The Shredded Academy Volume 1 is an 8-week program with 5 training days per week (+ 1 optional mobility day and 1 rest day). Each workout is designed to be roughly 30 minutes in length. The workouts start with a dynamic warm-up, then a 15 minute circuit of a number of exercises followed by a burnout with reps and sets. Each day targets a different muscle group.
The program also includes an extra credit portion if you want to push yourself that extra mile!

You do not need a gym membership in order to complete this program, all you will need is access to a pull up bar for some of the workouts. The program is 100% bodyweight.
